“Sometimes you gotta fall before you fly.” -Sleeping with Sirens
This is my first tattoo that I got done for my 20th birthday. Its my reminder that even though sometimes you fall that you can always get back up, rise above everything and fly. Also reminds me to never give up no matter how hard things get, Life always goes on. Plus Sleeping with Sirens is one of favorite bands. Feels great to finally have something that can show my love for music. (:

I don’t mind it, I don’t mind if you’re overrated.
Or if you’re staring at the edge of the world.
Keep in mind that I’m sore of blurry vision.
But I can see it has to be you, love that I’ve been dreaming of.
And if we climb this high, I swear we’ll never die.
“Peeta,” I say lightly. “You said at the interview you’d had a crush on me forever. When did forever start?”
“Oh, let’s see. I guess the first day of school. We were five. You had on a red plaid dress and your hair … it was in two braids instead of one. My father pointed you out when we were waiting to line up,” Peeta says.
“Your father? Why?” I ask.
“He said, ‘See that little girl?’ I wanted to marry her mother, but she ran off with a coal miner.’ ” Peeta says.
